fantastic stay, great location

My first experience was wonderful. i particularly enjoyed the ipad system to control the room. the bed was comfortable. It ensured a good night's sleep. the staff were all friendly and helpful. i would stay at this hotel again.

The room had a comfortable, large bed. there were also am and pm shower gels, a great touch! the room includes an ipad to manage various settings, such as lights and curtains. This system worked well.

the hotel is handy to a bus depot making travel easy. it is centrally located, and this made getting around simple. walking from the central station involves an uphill walk. this can be a good workout with luggage.

I found the staff helpful at check-in and throughout my visit. they were friendly, offering assistance when needed. the check-in process was quick and efficient. This made arrival smooth. i was able to check in early too.

pleasant staff nice coffee central location

The staff was pleasant, and i found them helpful, i was grateful for the hotel facilities including the bar and coffee service. The buffet breakfast was nice. i also appreciated how clean and well kept the hotel was. the location was central.

the movie choices on the tv were limited. i wanted more options.

The hotel is next to the center, a very nice position. The buchanan bus station is less than a five minute walk. this made it convenient for joining guided tours and accessing the edinburgh airport by bus, very easy. i loved that.

The staff provided a cute experience. Their friendliness and helpfulness were great. the check-in process was very simple. any questions or concerns i had were addressed promptly. i was really thankful.

The room included colored lights. They added fun. the lights and tv are controlled by an ipad mini. i could store my luggage under the bed, a great way to keep the room tidy, it worked very well.

the breakfast buffet offered a good selection. the variety and quality allowed me to skip lunch and eat dinner directly. i thought it was worth it, we loved it.

high-tech comfort and convenience

user-friendly ipad helpful staff amazing comfort

the room had a superb, user-friendly ipad that controlled everything from lights to blinds. the staff were genuinely helpful. They quickly resolved a minor query i had. the bed offered amazing comfort. I slept soundly each night.

I found only a slight drawback. The lack of complimentary coffee in the room seemed a bit of an oversight.

The king room featured controls for lighting and blinds. a massive, super comfortable bed dominated the space. the shower had good pressure. It was refreshing after a long day. it was an amazing shower!!!

The breakfast had great options. The staff were helpful. The location near transport hubs was excellent for getting around the city. I found the room to be super clean.

Adequate stay, some issues encountered

home automation large bed small bedroom cramped space

I found the room setup quite appealing. The very large bed positioned near the window was a highlight. I was also impressed by the home automation system, allowing control of lights, colors, and blinds via the iPad and my phone.

The bedroom felt very small. I thought it was cramped. Upon entering, the first thing is a small sink unit, opposite a modular shower room with a toilet. I also found the entrance to the room to be tiny.
